"For the last ten years My name is Gus has produced and DJ’ed the best electronic music (on earth). Fusing every electronic style (known to man) from Funk, Breaks, Drum n bass, Dub, to bass rounded Glitchy ElektroDorkBeat.
My name is Gus started producing electronic music in the 808 boom of the rave scene in Melbourne during the mid 1990s. By 1998 he started to
perform live electro breakbeats regularly at big and small techno parties and festivals in and around Melbourne Australia under the name Live Funk Organism with a partner in crime Mat Obrien (now rowbatraft). After some success in the rage scene (did I say rage, I mean rave ;) the boys got too big for their boots and decided on a hard solo batteling style of undergarment and went amicably seperate ways.
Gus's style has evolved from those times, influenced by pretty much anything under and not under the sun/moon. Still for him nothing beats fun and funky beats to dance to and make you randomise.
Using a funky living computer which he grew in his mum's vegie patch he pumps out beats, along with analog sounds and live instruments. My name is Gus plays keyboard and bass guitar and is sometimes joined on stage by guest Vocalists, musician or chicken vagin, on drums, percussion or double bass."
